For kite, sail and board repairers

Be the repair riders find when their gear breaks

A torn kite or a dinged board ends the trip unless someone nearby can fix it. Wavind lists your repair service on the spots you serve, with what you repair and how to drop it off.

For founding partners. Nothing turns paid on its own.

Repairs, booked as drop-offs

Riders ask for a day to bring their gear in. You agree the day and keep the conversation in one place.

Say what you repair

Kites and wings, sails, boards, foils and wetsuits. Your page shows your specialties next to your type.

Drop-off to pick-up

A repair request can cover several days, from the day the rider drops the gear to the day they pick it up.

A conversation per repair

Ask about the damage, agree the price and say when it is ready, all in the booking’s conversation.

Prices as you quote them

Put “from” in a service title and show a starting price, e.g. leading-edge repair from €40.

Works for sole traders

No website needed: your page, phone and Instagram are enough for riders to reach you.

On every spot you cover

Pick all the spots you serve, so riders find you on each of them.

Repairs riders can ask for

A drop-off day, or a few days until pick-up.

    from €30

  • Bladder replacement

A real page

This is what your page looks like

An example school on Wavind: its services with prices, a booking card, and the times riders pick, with the wind and waves for each one.

Where riders find you

Riders open Wavind to check the wind and waves at a spot. Your page sits right there, next to the forecast.

On every spot you serve

A Schools & services section on each spot page lists you with your type, town, sports and a link to your page.

In the places directory

Riders browse schools and services by country, sport and type, and businesses that take bookings come first.

In the iPhone app

The same listing appears on the spot’s About tab, with directions, your contact buttons and a Book bar.

Everything to run bookings

Use as much or as little as you need. All of it is included.

Your own booking page

A page with just your business, services and Book button, without Wavind’s menu or other businesses on it.

Link, website button and QR code

Copy the link for your social profiles, paste a button into your website, or print a QR poster for the beach hut.

Fixed times or requests

Publish sessions with places, or let riders ask for a day and time. Confirm each one yourself or automatically.

The forecast on every booking

Each booking in the coming week shows the wind and waves for its time and spot, so you see a poor day coming.

Answer from your phone

A Business tab in the iPhone app with a notification for every request. Speak a reply and polish it before you send.

Your team and six languages

Invite staff by email. Riders use Wavind in English, Polish, German, Spanish, Portuguese or French.

Questions from businesses

I work alone and only have Instagram. Can I be listed?

Yes. Many repairers work alone. A page with your Instagram and phone is enough, and you do not need a website.

How do riders book a repair?

They send a request for the day they want to drop the gear off, and optionally the day they will pick it up. You confirm or propose another day.

What does it cost?

Nothing for founding partners until 31 December 2027. Nothing turns paid automatically: any paid plan will be announced at least 30 days ahead and only applies if you subscribe.

Does Wavind take a commission or handle payments?

No. Wavind takes no commission and handles no payments. Riders pay you directly, the way they do today.

Do I need my own website or booking system?

No. Your Wavind page and booking page work on their own. If you already have a website, link it from your page or add the Wavind button to it.

My business is already on Wavind. How do I manage it?

Start with List your business: Wavind looks for your website, Instagram or name and shows the page it finds. Use Ask for access, and once we have checked it is yours we send you a link to manage it. Got an email from us? Its private link lets you claim the page straight away.

Put your business where riders check the wind

Add your business in a few minutes. Wavind checks it and puts it on the spots you serve.
