Refund Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Wavind Pro subscriptions bought on the Wavind website. Those subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor, and refund requests are handled through Paddle in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Pro bought in the Wavind iPhone app is sold through Apple's App Store, and this policy does not apply to it: Apple decides on refunds for those purchases under its own terms. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the Pro access it paid for ends.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

Wavind provides a 14-day refund window for Pro subscription payments, matching Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can request a refund from Paddle within 14 days after the initial purchase or a subscription renewal. Refunds are also available when:

  • Paddle or Wavind must provide a refund under applicable consumer protection law.
  • You were charged because of a billing, checkout, or renewal error.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same subscription period.
  • You cannot access Pro features after payment and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a Pro subscription before the next renewal date from your Wavind account billing area or through Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically submit a refund request, but you may request a refund for the current payment within the 14-day window above or when Paddle's terms or applicable law allow one.

4. How to Request a Refund

For fastest processing, request refunds and subscription billing help through Paddle at paddle.net . You can also contact Wavind support at [email protected] .

5. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or chargeback rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.
