Partner Terms

Updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These terms apply when you claim or manage a business page on Wavind — for a school, rental, camp, stay, shop or similar business.

They are an agreement between your business and Devye Software - Mateusz Szymański, Poland, who runs Wavind (“we”, “us”).

Postal address: Beniowskiego 68/70/20, 80-355 Gdańsk, Poland

Tax ID (NIP): PL 8751543018

2. Your listing

We may list your business on Wavind using information you publish yourself, such as on your website. You can correct, hide or remove your listing at any time, free of charge.

3. Claiming your page

By claiming a page, you confirm that you may act for the business. The owner of a page can add staff and is responsible for what they do on it.

Managing a business page requires an internet connection, a current web browser and a Wavind account.

4. Founding partner period

  • Claiming and managing your page and receiving booking requests cost nothing until 31 December 2027.
  • Nothing turns into a paid plan automatically.
  • Before we offer any paid plan, we email you its price at least 30 days in advance.
  • You move to a paid plan only if you subscribe to it. If you do not, your page goes back to a basic listing — or you can remove it.

5. Booking requests

  • Booking requests are free for you and for riders. We take no commission.
  • No payments go through Wavind: riders pay you directly.
  • Wavind is not a party to the contract for your lesson, rental or stay. That contract is between you and the rider.
  • You set your services, prices and conditions, and you are responsible for them — including safety, insurance and any licence or registration your activity needs.
  • Answer requests within a reasonable time. Requests that are not answered expire automatically.

6. Rider data

You receive booking details to handle requests and, when Clients is activated, maintain the operational history described in the processing agreement below. Your business is the controller for these purposes. Marketing requires the permission prescribed by applicable law; a booking or acceptance of these terms does not provide it.

Client history processing agreement

When your business activates Clients, it instructs Wavind to organise and store its client history on its behalf. Your business is the controller for that history; the Wavind operator identified in these Partner Terms is its processor. Wavind remains an independent controller for its own accounts, booking platform, security and legal obligations. This agreement applies to client history for the duration of the activated service and forms part of the Partner Terms.

The service stores, organises, searches, displays, corrects, exports and erases contact identities and booking history for your riders and guests. Data consists of names, account email addresses, optional phone numbers, booking dates, services and statuses. Existing booking details and messages remain in their booking context. Do not use Clients to collect health information or other special-category data. A booking contact is not necessarily every participant in a group. The business owner can also download a CSV copy of the client list for operational use.

Your documented instructions are this agreement and the actions your authorised team takes in the service or requests through [email protected]. Wavind processes client history only on those instructions, including for transfers, unless required by applicable law; in that case we inform you beforehand unless the law prohibits it. We inform you immediately if an instruction appears to infringe data-protection law. You must have a lawful basis for client history, inform guests whose details you enter, handle objections and keep information accurate. You must not use booking details for marketing without the permission required by the applicable law. Clients does not collect marketing consent or send promotional campaigns. A CSV export by the owner is an instruction to provide that copy. Once downloaded, your business is responsible for keeping the file secure and handling rights requests for it, and later corrections or erasure in Clients do not change it. The export marks every client as not having given marketing consent on Wavind; it is not a mailing list.

Wavind limits client access to the business's authorised members and authorised support personnel, requires confidentiality from those with access, uses encrypted network connections and restricted database access, and applies account deletion and retention controls. Your business must give access only to people who need it, remove departing staff and keep its accounts secure. Wavind provides reasonable information about these measures on request and assists you with security, breach assessment, impact assessments and regulatory consultation under GDPR Articles 32 to 36, taking account of the processing and information available to us.

You give general authorisation for Supabase (database hosting), Railway (application hosting) and Cloudflare (network delivery and protection) to assist with client-history processing. We impose equivalent data-protection duties on subprocessors and remain responsible to you for their performance. We notify the business owner at least 30 days before adding or replacing a client-history subprocessor, so you can object on data-protection grounds. Contact [email protected] to resolve an objection or arrange return and termination before the change. Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses; details of the relevant arrangements are available on request.

We notify your business without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting its client history. We assist with access, correction, erasure, restriction, objections and other data-subject requests, using the available technical controls and support process. We pass requests concerning your responsibilities to you and act on your lawful instructions, except where Wavind has its own legal duty. We make compliance information available and allow and contribute to proportionate audits and inspections by you or your mandated auditor, with arrangements that protect other customers' data.

Identifying client history is removed after 36 months without a current or future booking or request requiring action. For completed bookings the period starts at the scheduled end; for other closed requests at closure; elapsed bookings without a recorded outcome use their scheduled end. A new booking restarts the period for that relationship. Deleting a rider account removes its account-linked client identity; independent guest entries require a separately verified request. Anonymous booking totals may remain. Closing a conversation does not itself erase it.

Your business may ask [email protected] to end Clients and choose return or deletion of the client-history data. We provide a secure support-assisted return where requested, then delete the client-history data and copies unless law requires retention; completion is arranged within 30 days. Copies retained solely in restricted disaster-recovery backups expire under the applicable backup cycle and are not used for ordinary processing; erasure instructions are reapplied on restoration. We provide the applicable backup-retention schedule on request. This does not remove records Wavind must independently retain for another lawful purpose, which remain subject to its Privacy Policy. The owner’s self-service CSV export does not replace this return.

7. Your content

  • You keep your rights in the texts and photos you add.
  • You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show them on Wavind — the website, the app and link previews — while your page is live.
  • You must have the rights to everything you add. Do not add content that is unlawful or misleading.
  • We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Our role and liability

Wavind is provided as is, free of charge during the founding partner period. We do not guarantee bookings, or that the service is always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost business.

9. Ending

You can remove your page at any time. We may end your access with notice, or immediately in case of abuse or a breach of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 30 days before any material change to these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. They are for businesses, not consumers.

12. Contact

For questions or complaints about these terms or a business page, write to [email protected] .

Describe the issue in your complaint. We will review it and reply by email.
